Message from President

The Nepal Medical and Sales Representative Association (NMSRA) is a trade union for Medical Representatives, established under the Trade Union Act 2049. Unlike goods that can be bought for the lowest price, labor is not a mere commodity; it’s an essential part of daily life, deeply tied to a person’s dignity, well-being, and human development. Our motto, “decent work,” reflects our commitment to fair remuneration, secure employment, and safe working conditions. Unfortunately, these ideals are not always realized in the real world. Workers may face harassment, discrimination, and injustice in the workplace. When an individual employee stands up for fair wages, proper facilities, or other genuine concerns, they can easily be dismissed or even punished. However, when workers unite, their collective voice becomes impossible to ignore. The union is the driving force behind that unified voice. The strength of a union lies in the solidarity of its members, and I want to express my deep gratitude to our members for their consistent support and active participation in all our activities.
